Advertising Terms and Conditions:

Multiple banner sizes available: 88x31, 125x125, 468x60, 728x90, or 120x600. You can provide your own tracking url along with your banner's graphic image (.jpeg, .gif, .png only). You are free to choose your best performing banner size.

  1. Except for static keyword Text Link Ads (TLA), all banner graphics are inserted into our network using javascript. You will need to provide a banner and a tracking url (should you want one).
  2. A minimum billing cycle duration of 3 months is required for all CPM promotional rates except TLA campaign promotional rates which require 6 months payment in advance.
  3. All payments will be billed recurring at the regular rate stated above for each campaign ordered after any promotional rate has been completed.
  4. All current promotional rates are only applicable to the first billing cycle for each unique advertising campaign ordered.
  5. All payments will be billed at the start of each new campaign cycle for the same duration as the previous cycle, but at the regular monthly rate.
  6. Payments are currently only accepted via PayPal or 2CO. Both are secure online payment gateways, and will not reveal your private information or credit card number to us. Note: A PayPal account is required for us to bill you with their subscription payment system.
  7. Payment by check will only be considered for campaigns with a renewal period of 6 months or more.
  8. PPC plans will automatically expire after one year if minimum number of clicks has not been met.
  9. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars ($), PayPal is the preferred method of payment, and may support other currencies besides USD (see paypal.com for details).
  10. Payments are non-refundable.
  11. There are no gaurantees of banner performance or improvement in search engine placements.
  12. You can cancel your recurring payment at anytime. The previously billed campaign will remain in effect until completed.
  13. Please provide a contact name, phone number, company name, url, and email address. This information is for internal tracking and contact purposes only and will not be shared with outside companies.
